It's a Trinity Lime Rock tradition:  the evening before Ash Wednesday, before Lent begins, our young people, with a little help, treats the parish to a Pancake Supper.  In recent years, the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper has benefited the Thai boy that the Sunday School "adopted" through the Save the Children Federation a few years ago (he's 12 years old now!!).
