Summer Soccer 2007
to learn about Summer
Sports 2009 at Trinity Lime Rock
2007 marked the third summer of soccer
for the kids at Trinity, and it was also the first summer where we felt confident
enough to open the program to people who were not part of our immediate Trinity
family.
The results were more than we had hoped for.
A total of 96 tee-shirts (and thanks to the generous (anonymous)
donors!) were spoken for between kids and adult volunteers, more than twice
the number of shirts we handed out the previous year.
The Lakeville Journal was
kind enough to mention our program no less than eight times as the summer
progressed. Our one-day high attendance was 42, and we had that number two
consecutive Sundays. Our low Sunday had 17 on the field, just about our
season's best for the previous year.

We had a great Summer Soccer season at
Trinity, and we wish all the kids (and coaches) a super fall soccer season as
well, no matter where they will be playing.
We hope to see all of you again next summer,
and we know that we will see many of you before that at Trinity.
