The Spring art show at Trinity opens this Friday, with a reception from 5 PM – 7 PM.

The show is spectacular!  Fifty-eight (58) artists submitted one or more works, and the walls are full of their creations.

Music Director in Bolivia

==On the World Stage==

Trinity’s Music Director (and founding Artistic Director of Crescendo), Christine Gevert, will be in Bolivia for the next few days, performing at the XI Early Music Festival , the largest festival of Early Music in the world (more than 1000 musicians from all over the world, playing 146 concerts over ten days).  Christine is slated to perform six of those concerts.

One of hers will be on the sole  historic organ that survived from the days of the Jesuits in colonial times, and we’re hoping she brings back recordings.   Here’s the schedule for the Festival:

We have preliminary information about the next Juried Art Show to be held in the Gallery at Trinity Lime Rock, and here it is!

Opening Reception May 27 5-7pm

May 28, 29, 30, June 4, 5 noon to 4pm

Drop Off Saturday morning May 21, 10am-noon

Pick up Sunday, June 5, 4-5pm

Jurors are Terri Moore, Art Instructor at the Hotchkiss School and Judith Singelis, owner of the Argazzi Gallery in Lakeville, CT.
