About Art at Trinity Lime Rock
Trinity Lime Rock continues the tradition of Lime Rock Artists’ Association Art Shows in the 1920’s and 1930’s. We host a number of shows in the Gallery at Trinity Lime Rock throughout the year.
These include the annual Invitational Art Show which has been a fixture at Trinity for decades, a variety of juried art and photographic shows (some of which are cooperative shows with outside organizations, such as the Salisbury Winter Sports Association), shows featuring the work of a single artist or a small group of artists, other invitational shows, and occasional shows of art by our very own Young People.
The very best place to find out what’s going on in Art at Trinity right now, and get a sense for what is upcoming, is to check our Facebook page for the Trinity Gallery to be of interest. You’ll also find photo albums there of past shows at Trinity.
You may also be interested to know that you do NOT need to be a Trinity parishioner to enter our shows or to participate in running them. We are delighted to welcome members of our larger community to our art show committee. Non-Trinity people serve on our art committee as both volunteers for and managers of our various shows throughout the year.
Note to artists:
The Gallery at Trinity Lime Rock uses the Walker Gallery Hanging System for all works that are displayed on walls. Artists desiring information about this hanging system, including pictures of wall displays for ideas and reference, can be found on the vendor’s website: walkerdisplay.com.
