Our Altar Guild is unlike many: we welcome men, women,
and even young people as members! Here's a photo of the commissioning of the Altar Guild and the Flower Committee at Trinity in October 2008.
An interesting fact: Trinity Lime Rock was the very first parish in the Diocese of Connecticut to have a male member of the Altar Guild! It required a change of Diocesan policy to permit it! Read about this and other Altar Guild history in Trudy Washburn's notes. |
